Beginner to Advance | Teens & Adults

Learn how to defend yourself in real world circumstances.  Learn how to disarm your attacker and flee for help.

This class may incorporate stunts/tricks as a segment from time to time

Recreational Karate

Beginner to Advance | All Ages

Are you tired of competition regulated classes and fees?  Are you tired of all the fees of buying upgraded uniforms because you changed rank?  Well forget the uniforms and forget the ranks.  

This class is for those who wish to simply learn martial arts for your own enjoyment, fitness goals, and self defense needs.

No weapons or Sparring will be taught in this class

Mixed Age Class-Families Welcome.

Length:  1Hour
When:  Tuesday 1:00pm-2:00pm
             Thursday 11am-12pm | 7:30pm-8:30pm

Mixed Martial Arts

Beginner to Advance | All Ages

Students will be required to purchase uniforms/belts, sparring gear, and weapons for this class.  

This class will include the education of mixed martial art styles, weapons, forms, tournament protocols, and demo team curriculum.

Length:  1Hour
When:    Monday 4:30pm-5:30pm
                Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm
                Wednesday  5:00pm-6:00pm

                Friday 10:00am-11:00am | 7:30-8:30pm

Bully Prevention and Self Defense

Preschool

This class teaches your child how to handle themselves or their peers in a moment of distress.  Each child learns how to stop an attacker, defend themselves, and seek help.  Best of all they learn self confidence and discipline!
 

Length:  45mins-1Hour

When:    Tuesday 2:30pm-3:30pm (Preschool)
                Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm (mixed ages)

Special Needs Martial Arts Class

Any individual with any disabilty is welcome | Open to All Ages

This class is for those with any physical or mental disability to learn in a nurturing environment.  Each student will learn at their own comfort levels with modifications made to suit each individual as needed.

{$15 Per Single Class}

MARTIAL ARTS

High Intensity Fitness

Advanced Fitness | Adult Class

This is an extreme fitness class that requires you to work out at a very high intensity level with little rest in between. Even if you're already in good shape, it might be hard for you to keep up when you first get started.

This class combines several different forms of exercise ,sports, and movement with a strong martial arts background including the use of light weights.

Length 1.5Hours| (30 minute  warm-up/cool-down period)
 

When:  Monday  5:30-7pm

              Tuesday  10 :30am-12pm

              Wednesday  3:00pm-4:30pm
              Friday  11:30am-1pm

Zumba

Dancing Fitness Class

Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Length:  1 Hour
When:    Thursday 6:30-7:30pm | Friday 9am-10am

Tumbling & Stunts

Beginner to Advanced | Toddlers to Teens

Tumbling class will teach gymnastics to students at a very basic level. Movement coordination, group activities and a flexible format will give your young ones a chance to learn and have fun at it!

Students will learn the building blocks and techniques to properly execute flips and tricks which can be incorporated into their martial arts training and forms.

Length:  45mins - 1Hour
When:    Mixed Age Class|Tuesday 5:00-6:00pm 

                Toddlers| Wednesday 10:30am-11:30am | Thursday 10am-11am

                Kids 6+ | Friday 6-7pm


              

Mommy & Me Fitness Class

Fam Fitness | Children 2 years of age or younger are free!

Mom/Dads are you having a hard time trying to fit in your own "personal" time.  We know after having kids it can be hard to get motivated to get back in the work out mode, or even seem impossible to do it without a babysitter.  Well worry no more, because this class is for you.

Bring your little one to class while you train and relax knowing they can play freely while you workout, or better yet, they can learn right beside you!

 

Length:  45Min-1Hour | This class is not yet available as in individual class.  
At this time this class is being combined with the Family Fitness class

When:  Monday 2-3pm

              Tuesday 9am-10am

              Thursday 8:45am-9:45  | 5:15-6:15PM

Family Fitness Classes

Beginner to Advanced | All Ages - Children 2 years of age or younger are free!

We know that a family with multiple children have a hard time juggling everyone's individual schedules while maintaining a specific time to do things as one family.  So we have decided to offer a class that the whole family can take to together regardless of age or rank.

A family that has fun together stays fit together!

Mommy and Me Classes are joined together at this time with family groups.

Length:  1 Hour
When:  Monday 2-3pm

              Tuesday 9am-10am

              Thursday 8:45am-9:45 | 5:15-6:15PM
