PROGRAMS

FIT FOR FILM (FFF) is the only school in the United States that offers classes in both martial arts and the fine arts.  As Instructors, mentors, and current performers ourselves we have created an innovative system of classes for our clients to successfully prepare each of you for the entertainment business. Fit For Film is an academy and agency servicing actors in martial arts with our unique integrated services.  Those who are currently pursuing the entertainment industry may audition to be placed in the advance courses.

Regular fitness and martial arts classes are available to the general public.   

FFF is a sister company to Studio V Multimedia and Entertainment which is who all our Fine Arts classes and workshops are held by.

ZUMBA

If you like to dance and want to stay fit with a group of friends then this is a spunky and fun way to do it!

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
