Jeremy is a licensed Massage Therapist who has been with Life Line since 2010. He studied at The South Carolina Massage and Esthetics Institute and is a graduate of HGTC with a degree in Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant.  Jeremy has developed a vast knowledge of deep tissue techniques such as trigger pointing, passive positional release, and contract-relax stretching to specific muscles to relieve tension, compensative movements, and pain. These techniques can be used to disrupt cycles of pain and ischemia to help the patient along the path of wellness.

DR. TAMMY COSTELLO

For over 15 years Dr. Tammy Costello D.C. has been dedicated to helping patients through Chiropractic treatments.

Dr. Tammy Costello attended Kean University, in Union, NJ. Her undergraduate degree was in psychology and science, but her passion was for Physical Therapy. She volunteered many hours of her time while attending school and working, with the handicap community. Her focus was on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.  After learning about the nervous system, she realized that there was more to the rehabilitation, and refocused on internal healing. Dr. Costello proceeded to Life University in Marietta, GA.

While at Life University, Dr. Costello graduated Cum Laude, volunteered with the anatomy department, and tutored students. After graduation she stayed in Georgia to practice and teach full time at Life University. This is where she developed and honed in on her skills to become the best chiropractor possible.

Dr. Costello became a part of the Grand Strand in  2006 by way of “Hot Lanta”… although she loved the Atlanta area, the beach was calling her. She is happily married to Kevin Hales, manager of Spectrum Paint, a Benjamin Moore store in North Myrtle Beach, and  2 wonderful step-boys, that attend Myrtle Beach schools.

Dr. Costello has furthered her education by working at our local college teaching courses in anatomy and physiology, medical pathology, muscle nerves and innervations, just to name a few. She has also gotten a certificate that is nationally recognized and is now 1 of 3 chiropractors in Horry County that is certified in extremity adjusting, orthotic production and sports management.
